Robert R. Straka, CEO of GrandView Financial Group, LLC, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has worked with clients and professionals in the areas of financial and estate management for over 36 years. Bob focuses on a values-based approach to family legacy planning and helps clients pass on their values to future generations.
As a charter member of The Heritage Institute, Bob went through his own Guided Discovery Process and was reminded of those persons who had significantly impacted and mentored his life. Bob uses the Heritage Process to make sure that families pass on their most important wealth assets, which are their values, intellect, work ethic and faith. Bob’s personal mission with his clients is to make sure that their money is passed on with meaning so that the third generation has not wasted their financial and values-based inheritance.
Bob holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 securities registrations through LPL Financial and variable Life and Health licenses.

Bob and his wife Patsy have been married 51 years and have two daughters. Bob and Patsy enjoy traveling, visiting their children, grandchildren and spending time at their lake house. Bob is active in his community and civic organizations; serving on the board for Firehouse Ministries, Children's Aid Society, and Alzheimer's of Central Alabama. He donates his time by acting as an auctioneer at charitable fundraisers around the Birmingham area.
