Important Information for Clients

Hi Friends,

 As news of COVID-19 continues to change, we feel it is important to address the steps that GrandView Financial Group is taking to ensure business continuity and that we remain a safe workplace for you and our team.

 GrandView has a plan to continue business operations in case of any emergency. This is a written plan on file with LPL Financial’s supervision and tested annually as required by FINRA. We will be able to continue business remotely in the following ways:


  • Our software and business systems are web-based, maintained securely in the cloud and accessible from anywhere we have WIFI.
  • GrandView’s server was moved to secure Microsoft cloud storage in early 2019 and our office is paperless, so we have access to all client files since 2015. We are currently in the process of scanning files prior to 2015 making us completely paperless.
  • The phone system will forward calls from our extensions to our cell phones. If you call GrandView’s main line, there will be several rings before the automated attendant picks up. You will select the extension of the person you need to speak with, and the call will be routed to our cell phones.
  • In the event of a large-scale emergency where you are not able to reach anyone, LPL Financial has a dedicated client line: (800) 558-7567.


As of Wednesday, March 18, we will close our office and continue to work remotely.  Client meetings will be held over the phone or Zoom web meetings until the end of the month. We will take this week-by-week and Debbie Adcox will reach out to everyone currently scheduled with the details.

 In summary, we control what we can control and have a backup plan for these situations whether it is COVID-19 or Snowmageddon. Please let us know if we can be of service to you.
