GrandView's Annual Christmas Party with Sunnyside Retirement Home
The GrandView Staff along with Small Business Accounting staff had our annual Christmas party with Sunnyside Retirement (a home for mentally challenged adults) on Friday, December 9th.  As tradition, Bob dressed as Santa, we sung carols,ate,visited and passed out gifts. A great time was had by all!
 
 
 
Multi-Financial Securities Corporation National Conference
Bob, Andy and Amanda attended the Multi-Financial Securities Corporation annual conference in Atlanta, GA, Oct. 3-6th.  They enjoyed meeting other advisors, attending seminars & learning new ideas and tools on how to serve you better!    
 
Bob acted as the auctioneer for The March of Dimes Signature Chefs of Birmingham
The event pays tribute to the culinary excellence of local chefs from the community while raising significant revenue to help in the fight to save babies.  The event was held Thursday, September 15th at Workplay in downtown Birmingham. 
 
Andy and his wife Gina ran in the San Francisco Marathon on July 31, 2011!

GrandView Financial Group has been listed by the Birmingham Business Journal as the  #17 Financial Planning & Investment Advisory Groups for 2011.
 
Bob received Multi-Financial Chairman's Award
GrandView Financial Group President, Robert. R. Straka, attended the 2011 Multi-Financial Awards Conference in Austin, TX.  He received the Chairmans award which is given to Multi-Financial’s top producers. While at the conference, Bob spent time with Olympic hockey gold medalist, Jim Craig, learning about his message on winning teamwork and his “Gold Medal Strategies” for success.
